Another Fab Bopnique Artist: (video is posted below this press release)

Indie Musician Clara Lofaro releases “Just Smile” single and video

BOSTON – At the culmination of each summer, students parents, and professionals alike gear up for a fresh start to the year.  For artist Clara Lofaro, a.k.a. CLo, that new beginning is bringing on more than just a newly stocked to do list.  Clara is saying a happy hello to the fall with her self-titled pop album, a new video for the single “Just Smile” and a sizzling new website.

CLo is formerly known as one of Toronto’s honorary Indie artists of the year but never before has the public seen her in this light. “Just Smile” has a tempo anyone would enjoy and its lyrics portray images of a free spirit enjoying the perks of everyday city life. Lofaro currently resides in New York City and was a graduate of Boston’s own Berklee College of Music.

“I prefer life and music with the cracks and all,” says Lofaro who co-wrote “Just Smile” with Rich Sokolow and Peter Wostrel of SLo Records. “I think life’s more interesting that way and ‘Just Smile’ shows you how easy it is to enjoy life’s simplicities.”

The “Just Smile” music video shows off Clara’s spunk and her amazing ability to capture you with her own contagious smile. With a diverse cast of inspired teens, dancers, and actors, one can’t help but be swept up in the joy of the Smiles and good feelings portrayed in the video which can be viewed on Clara’s YouTube channel.

Lofaro’s smile will visit audiences in New York City on October 8th at B.B. Kings, and in the Boston area on October 24th for an all-ages show at Blue Ocean Music Hall in Salisbury, MA. Please visit for ticket information.
